Professor De Cremer is a keynote speaker at the “First International Network on Trust (FINT) seminar series” with a focus on the theme of “Trust and Technology”. He will present some of studies examining how leaders can help in fostering trust within the organisation when automated performance systems are being used where leaders are basically taken out of the loop.
