Leading Artificial intelligence & Digital management (LEAD)
The LEAD platform aims to bring scholars together to promote our understanding of how technology innovations and developments impact the shape leadership and management will take in the future. Much is talked about autonomous technology that will replace humans in executing a wide variety of jobs. Of course, such technology needs to be implemented in effective ways that allow organizations to be able to manage human-technology collaborations and embed decisions within a broader value-framework that contemporary technology is not able (yet?) to grasp. For this reason, the reality is that we need more than ever wise, value-driven and effective leadership able to motivate work forces and structure this new technology-driven work environment.
The LEAD platform is an initiative that brings together scholars worldwide, with a special collaboration between National University of Singapore Business School, Cambridge Judge Business School, Imperial College Business School, and Yale Law School.
Main themes:
- Ethics, trust, fairness and policy-making in the new tech era
- Global leadership and managing team diversity in the new tech era
- Leading in agile and innovative ways in the new tech era
